Phil Mistrata is an amazing realtor, with a lot of local knowledge about the neighborhood, and the house market… He is very responsive, and helped us negotiate the buyer of our house… He did stayed with us on every step of the process, giving us suggestions, recommendations and helping us with all process. I am an Investor and have worked with many realtors in many markets. I can say without any hesitation Phil is the “BEST IN THE BUSINESS!” bar none! My first phone call to Phil was in November 2018 to run comps for me on a property that wasn’t his and he didn’t question motives or whether or not he was going to make money off it (which I’ve had realtors refuse because they weren’t making an immediate profit) and we have closed on 1 property since then already and are closing on 2 more in less than a month and my guess is many more after that. Phil will be listing every property we fix for sure. Wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. He knows his business. Phil is already like family. I am bringing him some smoked fish on my next trip in exchange for some “sauce” and we have scheduled a fishing trip next summer where I am going to put him on some trophy walleye and panfish. I Love this guy!

Phil Mistrata, helped to price, list for sale, show multiple times, negotiate price differences and ultimately sell the property for my mother. Phil provided us with frequent updates on the sale/showings via emails and phone calls and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally throughout the process. Phil is a friendly, understanding, consummate professional. I had a unique home that we were selling as property (teardown). Phil worked quickly and thoroughly to get the property listed. We had an offer and contract signed soon after. The offer was contingent on the buyer selling their home and when they didn’t sell right away they continued to ask for extensions. We agreed for awhile until Phil said enough. We discussed our options and terminated the contract. Phil quickly relisted the property. Two weeks later Phil called to say we had a buyer. Final phase and on to closing was smooth sailing. The closing was quick and simple. Phil and Dave handled everything. Thanks Phil and staff for getting us through this stressful time. I really don’t know where to begin. I had a very complicated situation with the sale of my home. I needed someone I could completely trust. Phil is that person! He was the utmost professional.
